We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Important Note on Product Nature: Our products are perishable commodities. Quality can be affected by storage and transportation conditions beyond our control after delivery.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email from [email protected].

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unopened, in original condition with all seals and packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened bottles, personalized orders, and limited availability items (e.g., specific IPA batches, allocated Bourbon, rare vintages) marked as “final sale.”
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
