Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our facility within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: We ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding certain remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.

We select each bottle with an unwavering commitment to quality. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to resolve your concern with the same personalized attention and grace.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact.
  • The item is in the original packaging you received.
  • The original packing slip or order confirmation is included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our curated spirits and wines, and regulatory requirements, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or Partially Consumed Bottles: For health, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept any product that has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
  • Personalized or Special Order Items: Any product selected specifically at a customer’s request.
  • Limited Availability & Vintage Items: Certain exclusive products from our menu are marked as final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Specific limited-run IPA batches.
    • Allocated Bourbon.
    • Rare Cabernet Sauvignon vintages.
    • Other rare finds from our curated menu.
    This status will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

3. The Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility (typically within 5 business days), we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

4. Refunds & Credits

Upon approval of your return:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. The final timing depends on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
