1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- In its original, unopened condition, with seals intact.
- In the original packaging you received, ensuring safe transit back to us.
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our curated products and regulatory requirements, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Partially Consumed Bottles: For health, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
- Personalized or Special Order Items: Any product specifically selected or ordered at a customer’s unique request.
- Limited Availability & Vintage Items: Certain rare or vintage selections from our menu (such as specific limited-run IPA batches, allocated Bourbon, or rare Cabernet Sauvignon vintages) are marked as final sale due to their exclusive nature. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our support team at [email protected] with your request. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our facility. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds & Credits
Upon approval of your return:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. The timing depends on your financial institution’s policies.
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
