Nottingham Cellars Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Notes: The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of fruit from Russian River Valley and Napa Valley. The wine from Windsor Oaks Vineyard in RRV is highlighted by citrus and stone fruit flavors and aromatics a testament to its cool climate origins. Jonquil Vineyard in the eastern hills of Napa Valley is more tropical with riper fruit flavors and a richer mouth feel. Both wines saw fermentation and aging in concrete stainless steel and neutral oak to create nuance. The resulting blend is our best Sauvignon Blanc to date with a harmonious balance of citrus and tropical fruits.
