Used in tinctures and tonics of eras gone by the Damask Rose known as the Apothecary Rose is subtle in fragrance and naturally floral in flavor producing a romantic companion to our perfectly distilled Gin. Tasting Notes: A lovely golden gin with aromas of rose and hints of juniper. It tastes like Turkish Delight with some light citrus and candied cherry.
