Cooper Mountain Pinot Noir

The wine is 100% Pinot Noir that is organically and biodynamically grown then fermented with indigenous yeast and aged for 10 months in 20% new oak barrels. It has red-magenta color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-bodied with freshly balanced acidity and medium-light phenolics. It is supple ripe and fresh with red and darker red berry fruit showing spice dark earth and hints of cola. Integrated and complete the wine is layered textured and dimensional. Yum. BearScore: 93
