Boann Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey • Px Cask

Initially matured in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads filled with a mixed mash bill single pot still distillate of locally grown within 25 miles of the distillery of malted barley un-malted barley oats and rye. After the initial aging the whiskey was transferred into PX Solera Casks for finishing. The result is a whiskey with notes of raisins figs molasses and sweet caramel. The finish is sweet and savory with a mixture of honey dark chocolate and white pepper.
