”belle ambiance is a beautiful spot nestled in one of our family vineyards. During our 80 years of making wine in california we’ve enjoyed many perfect moments here under the shade of its ancient oak tree. It’s the ideal place to relax watch the sunset and bask in the mood with friends and a glass of wine. We crafted these wines in a rich indulgent style so we could share that feeling with you. Winemaking the 2015 vintage delivered exceptional elegant wines. In the midst of the california drought the season progressed slowly producing fruit that was packed with brilliant concentrated flavors. We picked the grapes for belle ambiance cabernet sauvignon at night while the temperatures was cool followed by de stemming into fermentation tanks. The juice was then slowly warmed to fermentation temperatures. A portion of our cabernet remained in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural acidity while the remaining portion underwent secondary malolactic fermentation before agi
